In the States, the driver`s license is issued by every State or territory. IF the driver is 17 years old, it is not allowed to drive between 1am and 5am for a year, unless he or she is accompanied by an adult over 21 years old with a valid license, or if he/she is driving to or from work. If the driver is under 16 years old, it is not allowed to drive between 11 PM and 6 AM for a year, unless he or she is accompanied by an adult over 21 years old (or older) with a valid license, or if it's driving to or from work.
